Delivery Facts

On dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code so you can track your parcel using our tracking service. Delivery times are usually 1-3 days after dispatch in metro areas. Due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, we only ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid your product being stuck in the warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. To ensure your chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, we may delay the delivery of chocolates for one or two days, if the weather is extremely hot.

Chocolate Care

Our chocolates are packed in custom-made trays to provide maximum protection during transport, and come in an outer insulating carton for further protection.

Unfortunately, we can not deliver to PO Boxes as someone needs to be present to take delivery of your chocolates.

Returns

We take every effort to ensure your box arrives in perfect condition.

Should there be an issue with the chocolate on arrival please let us know immediately.

Unless otherwise agreed by us in its absolute discretion, all products are sold on a no return for credit basis, unless; subject to this clause, the products are received in a damaged state, or the product is faulty.

Claims for credit must be made within seven (7) days of delivery of the Product by You by emailing orders@urbanchocolatier.com.au

If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will pay as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.
